Welke functie het beste bij jou past, hangt af van jouw ervaring, interesses en ambities. In alle rollen draait het om het verbinden van mensen en werk. Je werft en spreekt kandidaten, begeleidt flexmedewerkers en onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers. Daarnaast houd je je, afhankelijk van de functie, bezig met relatiebeheer, HR-vraagstukken, personeelsadministratie of sales. Zo kun je werken met opdrachtgevers binnen de publieke sector, industrie en logistiek of inhouse bij Abbott. De ene dag voer je intakegesprekken en zoek je actief naar kandidaten, de andere dag bezoek je een klant, ondersteun je een flexmedewerker of zorg je dat contracten en administratieve processen goed geregeld zijn. Samen kijken we welke werkzaamheden en werkomgeving het beste bij jou aansluiten. Jouw werkzaamheden kunnen bestaan uit: - Werven, spreken en begeleiden van kandidaten; - Schrijven en publiceren van vacatureteksten; - Onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties; - Begeleiden van flexmedewerkers tijdens hun dienstverband; - Adviseren over HR-, personeels- en recruitmentvraagstukken; - Voeren van intake-, evaluatie- en begeleidingsgesprekken; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen; - Verwerken van contracten en personeelsadministratie.
