Voor Van Oord zijn wij op zoek naar een HR Services Lead die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de dagelijkse aansturing en verdere ontwikkeling van het HR Services-team in Nederland. In deze rol geef je leiding aan een team van HR-professionals binnen een internationale en dynamische organisatie. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in de verdere professionalisering van HR Services, begeleidt het team in een veranderende omgeving en zorgt ervoor dat processen efficiënt, gestandaardiseerd en toekomstbestendig blijven. Dit is je uitdaging Als HR Services Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het Nederlandse HR Services-team, bestaande uit twaalf medewerkers. Je zorgt voor een optimale teambezetting, ondersteunt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling en creëert een omgeving waarin mensen het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen. De afgelopen jaren heeft Van Oord een omvangrijke HR-transformatie doorgemaakt met de implementatie van Workday. Het fundament staat inmiddels stevig, maar de ontwikkeling gaat verder. Jij speelt een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden van het team naar een nog meer gestandaardiseerde, datagedreven en efficiënte manier van werken. Je bent een coachende leider die medewerkers helpt groeien, duidelijke verwachtingen schept en mensen aanspreekt op hun verantwoordelijkheid. Tegelijkertijd ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor stakeholders binnen en buiten HR. Je weet verschillende belangen samen te brengen en bent in staat processen en samenwerking continu te verbeteren. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat het team blijft inspelen op ontwikkelingen binnen HR Operations, systemen en dienstverlening.
