We groeien en professionaliseren, en ook HR maakt daarin een belangrijke volgende stap. Daarom zoeken we een HR Services & Operations Specialist die zorgt voor een professionele HR-dienstverlening én actief meebouwt aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze HR-organisatie. Je vormt samen met het HR-team de operationele basis van HR. Je zorgt dat de administratie en processen goed verlopen, bent een aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en kijkt tegelijkertijd continu naar hoe het slimmer en efficiënter kan. Denk aan het optimaliseren van processen, het verder benutten van AFAS en het digitaliseren van werkzaamheden. Zo combineer je HR Services, systemen en procesverbetering en krijg je volop ruimte om mee te bouwen aan een professioneel en toekomstbestendig HR Service Center binnen Melis Logistics. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je verzorgt een correcte en efficiënte uitvoering van alle HR-processen rondom in-, door- en uitstroom, personeelsadministratie, verzuim, verlof en opleidingen. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden en zorgt voor een professionele en toegankelijke HR-dienstverlening. Je ondersteunt recruitment- en onboardingprocessen en bewaakt certificeringen, rijbewijzen, Code 95 en overige HR-verplichtingen. Je beheert en optimaliseert AFAS (Profit, InSite en Pocket) en draagt bij aan verdere digitalisering, workflows en selfservice. Je signaleert verbeterkansen, standaardiseert processen en helpt mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van een professioneel HR Service Center. Je zorgt voor betrouwbare HR-data, rapportages en dashboards en bewaakt de kwaliteit, compliance en continuïteit van de HR-processen. ...
