Bij SWARCO is HR Support geen baan waarin je alleen lijstjes afwerkt en mutaties verwerkt. Jij krijgt de ruimte om te ontdekken, te verbeteren en zelf de lead te pakken. Functieomschrijving AFAS is jouw speeltuin. Je duikt erin, pluist uit hoe iets werkt en ziet waar het slimmer kan. Vervolgens doe je er iets mee. Een workflow slimmer inrichten? Een jaarplan voor AFAS maken? Een HR-proces aanpakken? Jij maakt het plan en krijgt het voor elkaar. Natuurlijk zorg je ook dat de dagelijkse HR Support staat. Maar je kijkt altijd een stap verder. Je stelt vragen, ziet kansen, neemt initiatief en krijgt collega's mee. Functie-eisen Dit ben jij - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - 5+ jaar ervaring in HR Support of HR Operations; - Je kent AFAS InSite & Profit goed en wilt er nóg meer uit halen; - Je krijgt energie van processen, data en verbeteren; - Je pakt projecten zelfstandig op en houdt de regie; - Je bent nieuwsgierig, ondernemend en krijgt mensen mee; - Minimaal 32 uur beschikbaar. Dit krijg je €3.500 - €4.700 bruto per maand, 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen, goede pensioenregeling, laptop en telefoon én vooral: ruimte om je ideeën uit te voeren.
