HR Support Stagiair(e) donderdag 13 augustus 2026 Als HR Stagiair(e) ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met HR-gerelateerde vragen. Je beantwoordt vragen via e-mail en ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende HR-onderwerpen. Uiteraard hoef je niet alles al te weten; je wordt intern begeleid en opgeleid door ervaren collega's die hun kennis graag met je delen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beantwoorden van HR-vragen van klanten via e-mail. - Uitzoeken van HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken. - Ondersteunen bij administratieve HR-processen. - Vastleggen en beheren van klantvragen en antwoorden. - Signaleren van terugkerende vragen en meedenken over verbeteringen. - Ondersteunen van collega's bij diverse HR-projecten. - Vergroten van je kennis van arbeidsrecht, verzuim, functioneren, personeelsbeleid en andere HR-thema's. Wat vragen wij? Je volgt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in de richting van HRM, Personeel & Arbeid of vergelijkbaar, minimaal vanaf het 2 e leerjaar. Je hebt interesse in HR, arbeidsrecht en personeelsvraagstukken. Je communiceert helder en professioneel in het Nederlands. Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd. Je bent leergierig en vindt het leuk om zaken uit te zoeken. Je kunt zelfstandig werken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen. Ervaring is niet nodig; motivatie en leergierigheid wel.
