Als enige HR-professional binnen de organisatie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een brede waaier aan HR-taken, met een duidelijke focus op payroll en administratie. Je werkt nauw samen met externe partners zoals het sociaal secretariaat en bent dé schakel tussen medewerkers en beleid.

Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn onder andere:

  • Loonadministratie (maandelijkse verwerking, afwezigheden, eindejaarspremies, maaltijdcheques...)
  • Opvolgen van tijdsregistratie en registreren van afwezigheden
  • Contact met externe partners (verzekeringen, interim, maaltijdcheques...)
  • Aanspreekpunt voor alle HR-gerelateerde vragen van de medewerkers
  • Bijhouden van vakantietellers en sectorale regelgeving
  • Optimaliseren en digitaliseren van HR-processen
  • Onboarding & offboarding
  • Rekrutering: uitschrijven van vacatures en eerste screening van kandidaten
  • Preventie: organiseren van EHBO-opleidingen of basispreventie opnemen

Must haves

  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in payroll en HR-administratie
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent communicatief sterk
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, plichtsbewust en behandelt vertrouwelijke info discreet
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring met SD Worx en/of Protime
  • Opleiding als preventieadviseur of bereidheid om deze te volgen
  • Interesse om HR-structuren te verbeteren en te professionaliseren
