Op een uitgestrekt terrein met grootschalige en indrukwekkende installaties werk je aan complexe productieprocessen. Eén ding is zeker: met jouw inzet lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan hoogwaardige metalen producten die worden toegepast in onder andere de bouw- en automotive sector. Functie Als HR Verzuim Specialist ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor leidinggevenden bij complexe verzuimvraagstukken. Je begeleidt verzuimdossiers van A tot Z en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen samenwerken aan een succesvolle re-integratie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Begeleiden van verzuim- en re-integratietrajecten Adviseren van leidinggevenden over verzuim, duurzame inzetbaarheid en relevante wet- en regelgeving Analyseren van verzuimdossiers en bepalen van passende interventies Coördineren van de samenwerking met bedrijfsartsen, HR-collega's en andere interne en externe stakeholders Bewaken van de voortgang en naleving van de Wet verbetering poortwachter Signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan het verbeteren van verzuim- en HR-processen Functie-eisen Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner die mensen weet te verbinden en complexe vraagstukken vertaalt naar praktische oplossingen. Je werkt zelfstandig, schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende belangen en houdt altijd oog voor zowel de medewerker als de organisatie.
