Werkzaamheden: oa operationeel, tactisch en strategisch HRM, adviesrol naar management, international assignments, in, - door- en uitstroom, optimaliseren HR processen/data/analytics, projecten NL/internationaal. Je gaat deel uitmaken van een compact professioneel, collegiaal, internationaal HR team, met rapportage aan de International HR Director. Het profiel: - Bachelor/Master level in HR of hieraan gerelateerd - ca. 8+ jaar ervaring als HR Advisor, Officer, Business Partner, Manager in een dynamische (international) werkomgeving (bijv.
