Dan is deze rol van Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Business Partner binnen BAM Bouw en Techniek Projecten jouw volgende stap. In deze rol beweeg je je soepel tussen strategie en praktijk. Als HSE Business Partner ben je dé spil tussen management, projectteams en een team van interne en externe HSE‑professionals binnen BAM Bouw en Techniek Projecten. Je vertaalt wet‑ en regelgeving en interne standaarden naar de dagelijkse praktijk van grootschalige, multidisciplinaire bouwprojecten en zorgt dat veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu structureel zijn verankerd in onze projecten: van tenderfase tot en met oplevering, in complexe en stedelijke bouwomgevingen. Jij: - Ondersteunt en adviseert projectteams en de Business Unit bij HSE‑activiteiten en borgt de naleving van richtlijnen; - Onderhoudt contact met projectteams, leveranciers en onderaannemers en vertaalt veiligheidseisen naar uitvoerbare maatregelen op locatie. - Geeft functioneel leiding aan een klein team van HSE‑professionals en bent sparringpartner voor projectmanagement en Business Unit Management en externe HSE professionals bij complexe HSE‑vraagstukken; - Coördineert en bewaakt project- en Business Unit‑brede HSE‑activiteiten, zoals audits, risico‑inventarisaties en veiligheidssessies, van tender tot uitvoering; - Analyse...
