In deze functie help jij mee om de veiligheid en gezondheid voor onze medewerkers te borgen. Jouw standplaats is Deest, maar feitelijk ben jij actief voor onze fabrieken in Haaften, Opheusden en Zennewijnen. Als HSE coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een aantal overkoepelende HSE programma's en werk jij daarnaast aan het neerzetten en onderhouden van het HSE management systeem. Hierbij is de focus op de praktische uitwerking op de fabrieken van essentieel belang. Vandaar dat jij met vier (liefst vijf) poten in de klei staat. Er is nog ruimte voor HSE ontwikkeling daarom heb jij geen gebrek aan ambitie om dit potentieel te gaan benutten. Je rapporteert aan de HSE manager Nederland en je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende plantmanagers en operations managers. Wat jij in huis hebt - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een MVK-diploma, HVK is mooi meegenomen - Enkele jaren ervaring. Is dit in een industriële werkomgeving?
