HSE Coördinator Introductie Als HSE Coördinator zorg je voor een veilige en hoogwaardige werkomgeving en stuur je op naleving en verbetering van wet- en regelgeving. Je werkt zichtbaar op de werkvloer en draagt direct bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur. Hiervoor krijg je een jaarsalaris tussen €66.000 en €83.000 (o.b.v. 38 uur) wat neerkomt op € 5.103 - €6.379 per maand. Wat ga je doen? Naast dat je als HSE Coördinator de naleving van HSE‑wetgeving en interne richtlijnen bewaakt op de productielocatie in Enkhuizen, ontwikkel je het beleid, procedures en trainingen en zorgt dat deze worden geïmplementeerd en geborgd in de operatie. Dagelijks ben je op de vloer aanwezig om medewerkers te begeleiden, vragen te beantwoorden en veiligheid bespreekbaar te maken. Je organiseert en coördineert HSE‑activiteiten, voert interne audits uit, monitort prestaties en rapporteert hierover aan het locatiemanagement. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de HSE Assistant en het HSE‑team in de Benelux om de roadmapdoelen te realiseren en verbeteringen structureel door te voeren. Wat breng je mee? - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een HSE‑rol binnen een productieomgeving - Afgeronde hbo‑opleiding in milieu, veiligheid/gezondheid (MVK).
