Van emissies en energieverbruik tot veilig werken met technische en chemische processen: jouw verbeteringen zijn direct zichtbaar op de werkvloer. Milieu en duurzaamheid vormen het zwaartepunt van deze functie, maar je houdt je ook bezig met veiligheid, compliance en continu verbeteren. Je krijgt de vrijheid om initiatief te nemen, projecten op te pakken en mee te bouwen aan het verdere HSE-beleid van de organisatie. Ben je onlangs afgestudeerd of heb je al enkele jaren ervaring? Beide achtergronden kunnen goed passen. Motivatie, nieuwsgierigheid en de bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen zijn minstens zo belangrijk als een volledig ingevuld cv. Wat ga je doen? Als HSE Engineer maak je deel uit van het QHSE-team. Je werkt samen met collega's uit onder andere productie, kwaliteit, techniek en management. Bij complexere vraagstukken kun je sparren met ervaren collega's en externe specialisten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van het ISO 14001-milieumanagementsysteem; - Uitvoeren van milieu-, veiligheids- en risicoanalyses; - Coördineren en begeleiden van interne en externe audits; - Ondersteunen bij de verdere ontwikkeling van het veiligheidsbeleid; - Adviseren over HSE-aspecten binnen investerings- en verbeterprojecten; - Ondersteunen bij vergunningstrajecten, compliance en veranderende wet- en regelgeving; - Onderzoeken van vraagstukken rondom emissies, energieverbruik en duurzaamheid; - Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten op het gebied van milieu en veiligheid; - Vertalen van beleid ...
