Daarnaast bedenk je slimme plannen om de veiligheid en het milieu verder te verbeteren. Je regelt de administratie rondom deze taken op een nette manier. Ook deel je jouw kennis graag met het team. Dit doe je door het geven van trainingen en heldere instructies. Zo zorg je dat iedereen aan het einde van de dag weer gezond naar huis gaat.
