Ans - Huiskamerbegeleider Wat ga je doen? Als Huiskamerbegeleider ben je altijd in de weer. Met praktische zaken zoals (groeps-) maaltijden verzorgen en de leefruimte gezellig en netjes maken. Maar je observeert ook en je verdiept je in de bewoners. Hoe zorg je dat ze op hun gemak zijn? Meestal zit dat in de kleine dingen. Af en toe een aai over iemands' schouder, een kopje koffie inschenken (of een advocaatje), of net even het juiste tv-programma opzetten. Ook ondersteun je de Verzorgenden met lichte zorgtaken in de avonden. Samen met je collega's ken je jullie bewoners op je duimpje. En een verlengstuk te worden van de familie. Dát is dus 'lef & liefde'. Hoe de dag ook verloopt: we bedenken nieuwe manieren als de behoefte van onze bewoners daar om vraagt. En we werken altijd met ons hart. Niet iedereen kan dat. Jij wel.
