De Rol in het kort Je begeleidt hen van eerste gesprek tot en met het passeren. Je werkt vanuit een hybride omgeving, waarin digitaal advies en persoonlijk contact samenkomen. Wat je gaat doen - Voeren van adviesgesprekken via video of op locatie, waarbij je klantwensen vertaalt naar een duidelijk hypotheekadvies. - Beoordelen van financiële situaties, inclusief inkomen, toekomstplannen en risico's. - Overleggen met geldverstrekkers, notarissen en andere partners om dossiers soepel te laten verlopen. - Vastleggen van advies en besluitvorming volgens actuele wet- en regelgeving. - Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in processen of klantbediening. Your skills Je kunt je goed inleven in de situatie van de klant en legt complexe keuzes eenvoudig uit. Je werkt gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het hele traject. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring pak je meer regie, of juist meer verdieping in complexere klantvragen. Harde criteria: - Hbo-werk- en denkniveau. - Wft Basis, Wft Hypothecair Krediet en Wft Vermogen (of bereid dit via ons te behalen). - Aantoonbare ervaring in Hypotheekadvies of vergelijkbaar (minimaal 1 jaar). - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Analytisch vermogen en nauwkeurige manier van werken.
