Hypotheekadviseur Voor onze opdrachtgever in Amersfoort zoeken wij per direct meerdere HYPOTHEEKADVISEURS. Je benadert proactief klanten met een risicovolle hypotheek, via telefoon en chat. Je stelt de klant centraal maakt hen bewust van mogelijke hypotheekrisico's en stimuleert hen om actie te ondernemen om die risico's te beperken. Je helpt klanten inzicht te krijgen in hun financiële situatie en bent sparringpartner over de beschikbare mogelijkheden, waarbij je klanten in beweging krijgt met duidelijke en passende communicatie. Je beoordeelt stukken en legt alles nauwkeurig vast. Je werktijden zijn flexibel tussen 08.30 en 21.00 uur, met 2 tot 3 avonden per week en af en toe op zaterdag. Je werkt hybride en bent minimaal één dag per week samen met je collega's op het kantoor in Amersfoort. Geboden wordt: - Salaris tot €4000,- bruto/maand o.b.v. 40 uur/week, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring - Goede secundaire voorwaarden (zoals 25 vakantiedagen, reiskostenvergoeding en thuiswerkvergoeding). - Een persoonlijk ontwikkeltraject met volledig betaald opleidingen. - Regelmatig leuke en inspirerende events en kennissessies. Wat breng jij mee? - Je hebt minimaal een mbo 4-diploma. - Tenminste 1 jaar hypothecaire werkervaring; - Je hebt tenminste WFT-Basis, WFT-Hypothecair Krediet en WFT-Vermogen. - Je bent communicatief zeer vaardig via telefoon en chat - Je werkt analytisch, resultaat- en oplossingsgericht en je kunt klanten in beweging krijgen. - Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Je bent minimaal 32 uur/week beschikbaar.
