IC-verpleegkundige - 20-09-2026 - Den Haag - fulltime - hbo - intermediair Als IC-verpleegkundige werk je op een afdeling waar analyse, kalmte en precisie samenkomen. Je biedt intensieve zorg aan patiënten met kritieke aandoeningen. Dit omvat het bewaken van vitale functies, interpreteren van complexe parameters en het bedienen van high-tech apparatuur zoals beademingsmachines en infuuspompen. Jouw klinische redenering en kalmte onder druk zijn essentieel. Naast jouw rol op de IC, ben je een waardevolle schakel in het Spoed Interventie Team en het reanimatieteam. Met jouw expertise bied je ondersteuning bij trauma-opvang op de SEH en geef je advies aan diverse klinische afdelingen. Je werkt nauw samen met intensive care-specialisten, verpleegkundig specialisten en arts-assistenten in een hechte multidisciplinaire setting. Met collega s deel je successen, leer je continu en ondersteun je elkaar bij zware momenten. Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar innovatie en kwaliteit van zorg centraal staan. Wij vragen: - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot IC verpleegkundige (CZO-erkend) en geldige BIG-registratie; - Minimaal twee jaar relevante werkervaring binnen IC-zorg; - Een nieuwsgierige en innovatieve houding: je ziet kansen voor verbetering en draagt hier actief aan bij; - Bij voorkeur beschik je over didactische vaardigheden en draag je actief bij aan kennisdeling en onderwijs.
