The posting

In deze functie combineer je werken op de afdeling met leren in de praktijk. Je ontwikkelt je stap voor stap in het verlenen van intensieve zorg aan patiënten met complexe zorgvragen. Goede communicatie en regie nemen zijn cruciaal. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de psychosociale ondersteuning van patiënten en hun naasten, zowel tijdens de opname als in de nazorg. Tijdens de opleiding leer je steeds beter prioriteiten stellen, signalen herkennen en vertalen naar passend handelen. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met IC-verpleegkundigen, intensivisten en andere disciplines. Door de korte lijnen op de afdeling krijg je de ruimte om actief mee te denken en snel te groeien. Zij ondersteunen je in je ontwikkeling, geven je feedback en zorgen voor een veilige leeromgeving waarin je kunt oefenen, vragen kunt stellen en vertrouwen opbouwt. De opleiding bestaat uit twee onderdelen: Basis Acute Zorg en de IC-specialisatie. Je bouwt je kennis en vaardigheden gefaseerd op: naarmate je verder komt, worden de zorg en handelingen complexer en groeit jouw zelfstandigheid mee. Na een voorwerkperiode van 2 maanden start je in april 2027 met de opleiding. Deze opleiding heeft een duur van ongeveer achttien maanden, waarin je wordt opgeleid volgens de EPA-structuur van CZO Flex level. De theorie van je opleiding wordt verzorgd door Expert College Nightingale Instituut in Amstelveen. Je werkt minimaal 28, maar bij voorkeur 32 - 36 uur per week waarbij je gaandeweg de opleiding ingezet wordt in alle voorkomende diensten. Je komt te werken op een moderne IC-afdeling met een capaciteit van 10 bedden waarvan 7 operationele bedden. Alle specialismen, met uitzondering van kinder, cardio- en neurochirurgie, zijn binnen de afdeling vertegenwoordigd.
