Help je klanten en eindgebruikers graag bij een goed gebruik van de tools en weet jij een brug te slaan tussen mens en ICT? Klanten en eindgebruikers weten door jouw advies hoe zij applicaties als Teams, Sharepoint en OneDrive optimaal kunnen inzetten en gebruiken. Dit doe jij door het geven van (groeps)trainingen, webinars en het ontwikkelen van trainingsmateriaal. Denk jij daarnaast ook graag mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van onze consultancy afdeling? Misschien word jij dan wel de nieuwe collega van Lars! Dit ga je doen als ICT Consultant / Trainer Jij helpt klanten bij het inrichten en in gebruik nemen van Microsoft 365. Of zij nou overgaan van een andere ICT-dienst naar Microsoft 365, of al langer Microsoft 365 gebruiken. Jij inventariseert de wensen en doelen van de organisatie en helpt hen om de Office apps (nog beter) te benutten. Je brengt werkprocessen en -manieren in kaart en geeft advies hoe de klant slimmer, sneller of prettiger kan samenwerken. In samenwerking met jouw collega's van Operations zorg je dat jouw advies technisch wordt ingericht. Jij ondersteunt vervolgens eindgebruikers in een juist gebruik van de applicaties. Daarbij leg je bijvoorbeeld uit welke structuur is aangebracht, welke mogelijkheden er zijn en hoe zij deze in hun dagelijkse werk kunnen gebruiken. Door middel van trainingen, handleidingen of video instructies help jij klanten een ideale werkdag te creëren.
