Als ICT & Digitalisering Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze digitale werkomgeving. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij ICT-vraagstukken, zorgt dat systemen optimaal functioneren en werkt nauw samen met externe ICT-partners. Tegelijkertijd krijg je de ruimte om verder te kijken dan de dagelijkse ondersteuning. Je onderzoekt hoe processen slimmer kunnen worden ingericht, begeleidt verbetertrajecten en denkt mee over de inzet van nieuwe technologieën zoals AI en automatisering. Hierdoor heb je direct invloed op de manier waarop we binnen Héman werken en samenwerken. Kortom: een functie voor iemand die techniek wil combineren met innovatie, zichtbaar impact wil maken en graag werkt op het snijvlak van ICT, digitalisering en procesverbetering. ICT-support & beheer - Eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's bij ICT-vraagstukken. - Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, werkplekken, laptops, telefoons en printers. - Ondersteunen van Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint en andere bedrijfsapplicaties. - Registreren, opvolgen en afhandelen van meldingen. - Coördineren van werkzaamheden van externe ICT-partners en leveranciers.
