Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Junior ICT Support Engineer die graag leert, klanten helpt en zich wil ontwikkelen binnen de IT. Je krijgt bij ons veel begeleiding, ruimte om te leren en volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de IT. Als Junior ICT Support Engineer help je klanten met hun dagelijkse ICT-vragen en ondersteun je jouw collega's bij uiteenlopende technische werkzaamheden. Je leert hoe je storingen oplost, werkplekken beheert, systemen installeert en klanten ondersteunt bij hun IT-omgeving. - Bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers met ICT-vragen - Registreert en verwerkt meldingen in ons ticketsysteem - Houdt de support mailbox en tickets bij - Controleert en volgt meldingen op vanuit ons monitoringsysteem - Werkt met Microsoft 365, werkplekken en netwerken - Ondersteunt bij werkzaamheden op klantlocaties - Draagt bij aan documentatie en procesverbeteringen - Ontwikkelt jouw technische kennis samen met ervaren collega's - Jij helpt klanten verder én ontwikkelt jezelf iedere dag als ICT-professional. - Kennis in Microsoft 365, werkplekken en netwerken - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal - Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd- Altijd op zoek naar verbetering - Een salaris tussen € 2.600 en € 3.250 bruto per maand - Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting Medior/Senior ICT Support Engineer of System Engineer - Veel afwisseling in klanten en techniek - Opleidingen en certificeringen mogelijkheden - Vers fruit op het werk - Korte reistijden door onze regional...
