Deze organisatie heeft zich gespecialiseerd in het aanbieden van uitgebreide IT-oplossingen aan zowel kleine als middelgrote ondernemingen. Binnen dit bedrijf vormen zij een hecht team van 15 professionals. Ondanks hun groei behouden ze een informele sfeer waarin samenwerking en ondersteuning centraal staan. Ze streven er elke dag naar hoogwaardige diensten te leveren, waarbij klanttevredenheid hoog in het vaandel staat. Bij deze werkgever krijg je niet alleen de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen in je huidige rol, maar bieden ze ook ruime mogelijkheden om door te groeien. De functie: In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van 1e-lijns incidentondersteuning. Jij bent namelijk het eerste aanspreekpunt voor hun klanten (MKB'ers) en daarvoor moet je in staat zijn om klanten ondersteuning te bieden via telefoon, e-mail, hun eigen portaal/ticketsysteem (TOPdesk). Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je goed kunt schakelen met gebruikers en collega's, en dat je oplossingsgericht bent. Verder komt het weleens voor dat je meehelpt bij complexe ICT-projecten.
