Voor een publieke organisatie in Zeeland zoeken wij een ICT Servicedeskmedewerker voor 36 uur per week. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ICT-vragen en ondersteunt gebruikers bij hardware, software en andere digitale voorzieningen. Wat ga je doen? Als ICT Servicedeskmedewerker verzorg je de eerstelijnsondersteuning. Je registreert en analyseert meldingen, lost storingen op en bewaakt de voortgang. Wanneer nodig schakel je met tweedelijnsspecialisten of externe partijen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Registreren, analyseren en oplossen van ICT-meldingen - Ondersteunen van gebruikers bij hardware- en softwareproblemen - Installeren, uitleveren en innemen van ICT-apparatuur - Beheren van ICT-middelen in de CMDB - Afvoeren van afgeschreven hardware volgens procedures - Ondersteunen bij audiovisuele systemen - Beheren van multifunctionals, scanners en bijzondere printers - Telefonisch, persoonlijk en schriftelijk ondersteunen van gebruikers - Opstellen van gebruikershandleidingen - Bewaken van meldingen in het registratiesysteem - Afstemmen met tweedelijnsspecialisten bij complexere vraagstukken - Bijdragen aan het verbeteren en moderniseren van de ICT-dienstverlening Wat breng je mee?
