Wat bieden wij jou? - Leerzame en uitdagende projecten bij verschillende toonaangevende opdrachtgevers; - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €2.600 en €3.250, afhankelijk van je vooropleiding en werkervaring; - Een jaarlijkse beoordeling waarbij je ieder jaar tot 10% kunt groeien in salaris; - Een jaarcontract met een goede pensioenregeling; - Volledige OV-reiskostenvergoeding of een leaseauto; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar en 8,33% vakantiegeld; - Uitgebreide studiemogelijkheden die volledig door igen worden gefinancierd, zoals het behalen van certificaten en het volgen van trainingen, cursussen of opleidingen. Jouw ambitie staat hierin centraal! - Persoonlijke begeleiding door je eigen fieldmanager en ondersteuning van onze eigen Microsoft Certified Trainer bij jouw loopbaandoelen. Jouw rol als ICT systeembeheerder? - Het beheer en onderhoud van diverse ICT-systemen en infrastructuur; - Oplossen van eventuele verstoringen, inclusief (remote) onderhoud van het serverpark; - Rapporteren en behandelen van incidenten betreffende de ICT-infrastructuur en/of bedrijfsapplicaties; - Problemen escaleren naar gespecialiseerde teams of leveranciers indien nodig, en de voortgang controleren; - Monitoren van geleverde IT-diensten en applicaties; - Implementeren van nieuwe oplossingen en updates; - Installeren van nieuwe programma's en applicaties en verzorgen van back-ups en updates; - Samenwerken met andere IT-professionals aan projecten en innovaties.
