Als IJsmeester ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de dagelijkse werking van onze twee ijsbanen. Je combineert people management met technische expertise en coördineert zowel de operationele als organisatorische werking.

  • Je rapporteert aan de Centrummanager.
  • Je stuurt het ijsbaanteam aan, plant de medewerkers en coacht hen.
  • Je bouwt expertise op rond ijsbeheer, ijskwaliteit en techniek.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde en uitstraling.
  • Je coördineert technische storingen en externe partners.
  • Je beheert de operationele processen, stock en schaatsverhuur.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met clubs, scholen en andere gebruikers.
  • Je ondersteunt wedstrijden, activiteiten en events.

Kortom: je zorgt voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en vlot georganiseerde ijsbaanwerking, met focus op aansturing, expertise en coördinatie.

Je voelt je thuis in een veelzijdige omgeving waar sport, techniek en mensen samenkomen. Je hoeft nog geen ervaren ijsbaantechnicus te zijn, maar je hebt wel de drive om het vak te leren.

  • Je hebt affiniteit met de schaatswereld en ervaring in het aansturen van een team.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je hebt technische interesse en bent bereid opleidingen te volgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en structuur.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
