Das Unternehmen entwickelt und vermarktet exklusive Eigentumswohnungen in attraktiven Lagen - direkt vom Bauträger. Für Kunden bedeutet das: provisionsfreier Erwerb. Für Sie bedeutet das: klare Strukturen, direkte Abschlüsse und ein professionelles Umfeld mit hochwertigen Projekten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden im Bereich hochwertiger Wohnimmobilien

* Durchführung von Besichtigungen sowie professionelle Begleitung von Verkaufsprozessen

* Verhandlungsführung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

* Aufbau und Pflege eines nachhaltigen Netzwerks aus Kunden, Interessenten und Partnern

* Aktive Mitgestaltung der Vermarktung (Exposés, Online-Auftritt, Vertriebsstrategien)

* Betreuung der Kunden vom Erstkontakt bis zur finalen Abwicklung

Ihr Profil:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Immobilienvermittlung

* Gewerbeberechtigung als Immobilienmakler oder Immobilientreuhänder von Vorteil

* Nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge und hohe Abschlussorientierung

* Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Tools und Immobilienplattformen

* Professionelles, seriöses Auftreten

Das Angebot:

Für diese Position wird ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 3.500,- (Vollzeitbasis) geboten, zuzüglich einer attraktiven, erfolgsabhängigen Provision. Je nach Performance sind Jahresgesamteinkommen ab EUR 80.000,- bis deutlich darüber hinaus realistisch.
