Ihre Aufgaben:

º Akquise und Vermittlung von Immobilien

º Betreuung und Beratung von Eigentümer_innen sowie Kauf- und Mietinteressent_innen

º Durchführung von Besichtigungen, Marktwertermittlungen und Vermarktungsstrategien

º Begleitung des gesamten Verkaufsprozesses bis zum Vertragsabschluss

Ihr Profil:

º Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

º Unternehmerisches Denken und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

º Motivation, Leistungsbereitschaft und Verhandlungsstärke

º Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche - Quereinsteiger_innen willkommen

º Führerschein Klasse B und eigener PKW

º Hohes Maß an Professionalität und Serviceorientierung

º Wohnhaft im Bezirk Vöcklabruck
