Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie erkennen Geschäftsgelegenheiten und betreuen unsere Kund*innen proaktiv beim An- und Verkauf von Anlageimmobilien

* Sie erschließen strukturiert neue Käufer/innenschichten und begleiten Käufer/innen bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

* Sie begeistern sich für die aktive Akquisition von vielversprechenden Mandat/innen

* Pflegen und erweitern Sie unser Kund*innennetzwerk durch aktives Networking

* Entwickeln Sie innovative Vermarktungsstrategien

* Dokumentation und laufende Datenpflege

Sie bringen mit

* Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich, insbesondere in der Vermarktung von Eigentumswohnungen und -häusern, Villen, sowie Anlageobjekten

* Leidenschaft fürs Verkaufen, Kontakten und Chancen erkennen

* Durchsetzungsstärke durch Argumentation, Kreativität und kontinuierlichen Vertrauensaufbau

* Immobilienwirtschaftliche Ausbildung und Fachkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu Mobilität (Termine, Dienstreisen) und erfolgsorientierter Arbeit in einem kompetitiven Umfeld

* Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, professionelles Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke

* Begeisterung an der Pflege relevanter Netzwerke, am Verhandeln und Überzeugen

* Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Freude daran, Teil eines sehr erfolgreichen Teams zu sein
