Die HEIMAT ÖSTERREICH ist Vorreiter im ökologischen, gemeinnützigen und nachhaltigen Wohnbau und errichtet in Salzburg, Niederösterreich und Wien leistbares Wohnen. Zu unseren Aufgaben gehört aber auch die Verwaltung, Sanierung und Modernisierung von bestehenden Gebäuden.

Für unsere Niederlassung in der Stadt Salzburg oder Maishofen suchen wir ab sofort 1 IMMOBILIENMANAGER/IN Deine Aufgaben

* Professionelle Kundenbetreuung und kaufmännische Verwaltung der Immobilien

* Mieter- und Eigentümerversammlungen und Durchführung von Objektbegehungen

* Vorausschauende Planung und Abwicklung von Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen

* Laufende Abstimmung Qualitätsmanagement

* Verhandlungen und Abschluss von objektbezogenen Wartungs- und Betreuungsverträgen

* Ansprechpartner/in für Mieter bzw. Eigentümer, Behörden und Firmen

Das bringst du mit

* abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* fundierte Erfahrung in ähnlichen Positionen, idealerweise Befähigungsprüfung Immobilienverwalter

* sichere MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse MRG, WEG und WGG von Vorteil

* kommunikativ, eigeninitiativ, lösungsorientiert und souverän

* Führerschein B

Für diese Position bieten wir ein kollektivvertragliches Einstiegs-Brutto-Mindestgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis (38 Stunden pro Woche) von € 3.301,50 monatlich, Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung nach Qualifikation und Vordienstzeiten.
