Jouw rol als Import & Export Coördinator

Als Import & Export Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen van internationale import- en exportzendingen via verschillende transportmodi.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten via telefoon en e-mail
  • Transporten boeken via lucht-, weg- en andere transportmodaliteiten
  • Opmaken en verwerken van transportdocumenten zoals AWB (Air Waybill), CMR, DGD (Dangerous Goods Declaration), overige transport- en douanedocumentatie
  • Versturen van pre-alerts naar klanten en internationale agenten
  • Opvolgen van zendingen van vertrek tot levering
  • Proactief communiceren bij vertragingen, wijzigingen of operationele uitdagingen

Heb jij ervaring in logistiek, freight forwarding of transportcoördinatie? Ben je klantgericht, sterk in opvolging en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid voor internationale zendingen van A tot Z? Dan is deze functie bij Hazgo misschien precies wat je zoekt!

  • Ervaring binnen logistiek, expeditie, forwarding of transport is een sterke plus
  • Kennis van IATA Dangerous Goods-regelgeving is een meerwaarde
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je bent klantgericht, plichtsbewust en houdt ervan om zaken correct af te handelen
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega's
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar voelt je ook sterk in teamverband
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels en Frans
