De uitdaging Je komt terecht bij een dynamische internationale speler actief in de import van hoogwaardige voedingsproducten. Vanuit het kantoor in Antwerpen wordt een uitgebreide supply chain aangestuurd die zich uitstrekt over meerdere continenten en Europese markten.

Als import specialist krijg je een sleutelrol: jij bewaakt het volledige aankoopproces, van eerste leverancierscontact tot de aankomst van de goederen in het magazijn.

Je werkt nauw samen met de aankoopdirectie en hebt een directe impact op de flow en kwaliteit van de supply chain.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Inkoop & leveranciersbeheer

  • Onderhouden en uitbouwen van internationale leveranciersrelaties
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen, contractvoorwaarden en volumes
  • Proactief opvolgen van markt- en prijsontwikkelingen

Supply chain & logistieke coördinatie

  • Coördineren van internationale transporten (met focus op maritiem vervoer)
  • Nauw samenwerken met freight forwarders en logistieke partners
  • Opvolgen van leveringen van vertrek tot aankomst

Documentatie & compliance

  • Correct beheer van importdocumenten en traceability
  • Zorgen voor naleving van alle regelgeving binnen internationale handel

Douane & expeditie

  • Opvolgen van douaneformaliteiten en importprocedures
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte en correcte afhandeling van zendingen

Interne afstemming

  • Nauwe samenwerking met interne stakeholders
  • Schakelen tussen aankoop, logistiek en operations

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of master (Logistiek, Supply Chain, Handel) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterk in zowel logistieke als commerciële context
  • Cijfermatig nauwkeurig en analytisch ingesteld
  • Ervaring met internationale handel, voeding of gekoelde transporten is een plus
  • Goede kennis van Incoterms, douane en maritiem transport
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Engels
  • Kennis Spaans? Mooie troef
  • Proactief, hands-on en oplossingsgericht
  • Teamspeler met een sterk gevoel voor ownership
