What are you going to do? As an in-house sales representative, you'll serve as the link between the customer and the company. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining and expanding customer relationships, improving service, and supporting the sales team. You will be responsible for: - Preparing quotes; - Processing orders; - Providing administrative support to the sales team; - Customer Relationship Management in the CRM system; - Liaising with internal departments.
