What you will find with us: - A place where your efforts are truly seen; - Teams that work with care, humor, and collegiality; - Room to develop yourself and help build the care of tomorrow; - Flexibility in hours and possibilities — we will look together at what fits; - Employment conditions in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Nursing Homes, Residential Care Homes, Home Care and Youth Health Care (VVT) Depending on work experience and education, the salary will be a minimum of €2,735.91 gross on a full-time basis, up to a maximum of €3,864.43 gross. The same applies on a full-time basis. This corresponds to scale 35 VVT for the Caregiver without Primary Responsible (EVV) duties – which will be applicable at the start – up to scale 40 with EEV duties. That is the ultimate goal to achieve. This is excluding travel expenses, 8% holiday allowance, and an 8.33% end-of-year bonus. Why would we like to meet you? Because you make a difference.
