Bij een technisch dienstverlener in Sappemeer ontwerp en realiseer je industriële automatisering voor opdrachtgevers in de maakindustrie. Je werkt aan complexe proces- en productiesystemen, met PLC- en SCADA-software als belangrijke onderdelen. Je bent betrokken vanaf de offerte en technische begroting tot het testen en in bedrijf stellen van de installatie. Daarbij combineer je software-engineering met projectbegeleiding en houd je rekening met functionaliteit, uitvoerbaarheid en de afspraken met de opdrachtgever. In de dagelijkse praktijk vertaal je procesvragen naar besturingsoplossingen, programmeer je software en controleer je de werking op de installatie. Je stemt technische keuzes af met opdrachtgevers en collega-engineers en denkt mee over verbeteringen in productieprocessen. Binnen het team krijg je ruimte voor eigen initiatief en het delen van vakkennis. Opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden helpen je om je expertise in PLC, SCADA en industriële systeemintegratie verder te verdiepen. Wat ga je doen? - Je stelt technische begrotingen op en berekent meer- en minderwerk. - Je vertaalt klantvragen naar ontwerpen voor complexe industriële automatiseringssystemen. - Je ontwikkelt en programmeert PLC- en SCADA-software voor proces- en productie-installaties. - Je test en implementeert software en stelt installaties in bedrijf. - Je begeleidt delen van projecten en stemt technische keuzes af met opdrachtgevers en collega's. - Je draagt bij aan consignatie- en storingsdiensten en analyseert besturingsproblemen. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt hbo-werk- en -denkniveau. - Je hebt ervaring met het ontwerpen en programmeren van industriële besturingssoftware. - Je kent PLC- en/of SCADA-systemen, bij voorkeur Siemens, Rockwell, Omron, Beckhoff of Wonderware. - Je communiceert helder met opdrachtgevers en werkt goed samen met collega-engineers. - Je kunt zelfstandig technische keuzes onderbouwen en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je projectwerk. - Je bent bereid mee..
