The posting

Bij een internationaal projecthuis voor havenautomatisering in 's-Gravenhage werk je aan de besturing van automatische havenkranen. Je ontwerpt, programmeert en test geïntegreerde software die PLC-besturingen verbindt met HMI-systemen en uiteenlopende subsystemen. Daarbij komen ook pc-netwerken, virtualisatie en cybersecurity aan bod. Je volgt projecten van ontwerp en ontwikkeling in Nederland en Duitsland tot pre-commissioning in China en ingebruikname bij eindklanten wereldwijd. Een project loopt doorgaans één tot twee jaar. Je werkdag begint met een stand-up, waarna je bijvoorbeeld samen met een collega een programmeervraagstuk oplost of een kraanworkflow uitwerkt in een S7-PLC. Je test elkaars software met een simulator en legt bevindingen zorgvuldig vast in Jira. Binnen het multidisciplinaire team denk je mee over engineeringstandaarden en technische keuzes. Zo verdiep je je in kraanautomatisering én in de samenhang tussen besturing, netwerken en digitale terminaloperaties. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen en programmeren van geïntegreerde besturingssoftware voor automatische havenkranen - Koppelen van S7-PLC’s, HMI-systemen en subsystemen volgens de functionele eisen - Testen van PLC-software met simulatoren en vastleggen van bevindingen in Jira - Uitvoeren van integrale functietests en acceptatietests samen met de klant - Selecteren van passende producten, componenten en systemen voor de automatiseringsoplossing - Ondersteunen van pre-commissioning en ingebruikname op internationale projectlocaties - Documenteren van de ontwikkelvoortgang en verbeteren van engineeringmethodieken Wat vragen we van jou? - Hbo-diploma in technische informatica, elektrotechniek of software engineering, of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring - Ervaring met industriële automatisering en het ontwerpen, programmeren en testen van PLC-software - Kennis van Siemens S7-PLC’s en de koppeling met HMI-systemen en subsystemen - Affiniteit met pc-netwerken, virtualisatie en cybersecurity binnen in.
