Bij een producent van poedervormige voedingsproducten in Haps werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid en beveiliging van industriële automatiseringssystemen. De fabriek produceert voor dieet-, klinische en zuigelingenvoeding, waardoor procescontinuïteit, veiligheid en productkwaliteit nauw samenhangen. Als Industrial Automation Engineer beheer je de automatisering en toets je wijzigingen en projecten aan requirements, technische standaarden en validatieprotocollen. Je werkt op locatie binnen het Automation-team, onderdeel van Maintenance, en rapporteert aan de Automation Manager. In de dagelijkse praktijk onderzoek je automatiseringsstoringen, analyseer je ongeplande stilstand en bewaak je het onderhoud en de levenscyclus van systemen. Dat doe je samen met IA-engineers, maintenance engineers en technici voor automatisering, verbetering en projecten. Je begeleidt externe partijen en bent voor collega's een inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor automatisering op niveau 2, 3 en 4. Via kennisdeling, trainingen en doorlopende leermogelijkheden verdiep je je expertise en help je het team verder. Functie-inhoud - Beheer automatiseringssystemen met aandacht voor continuïteit, kwaliteit en beveiliging - Toets projecten en wijzigingen methodisch aan requirements, standaarden en validatieprotocollen - Los operationele automatiseringsproblemen op en verbeter beleid en procedures - Onderzoek ongeplande stilstand met oorzaakanalyses volgens Integrated Work Systems (IWS) - Borg onderhoudsbeheer, change management en life-cycle management samen met engineers en technici - Begeleid externe partijen bij toepassing van automatiseringsstandaarden en borg hun technische toegang - Adviseer over automatisering op niveau 2, 3 en 4 en train interne collega's Functie-eisen - Je hebt ervaring met geautomatiseerde industriële installaties - Je kent de proces- en verpakkingsindustrie, bij voorkeur binnen de voedingssector - Je analyseert technische problemen scherp en onderscheidt hoofd- van bijzaken - Je h.
