The posting

Bij een productieorganisatie in Haps werk je aan de automatisering van een nieuwe fabriek. Als Industrial Automation Engineer zorg je dat proces- en productie-installaties betrouwbaar, onderhoudbaar en veilig blijven draaien. Je richt je op lijnbesturing, de verbinding tussen OT en IT en het stabiliseren en optimaliseren van geautomatiseerde processen. Binnen multidisciplinaire projecten beheer je het automatiseringsdeel van analyse tot uitvoering en borging, met aandacht voor productie-efficiëntie en productveiligheid. Je dagelijkse werk combineert technisch beheer met structurele verbetering. Je onderzoekt storingen, bewaakt softwarewijzigingen en houdt besturingsprogramma’s, productiedatabases en back-ups actueel. Daarbij werk je binnen Maintenance samen met IA-engineers, maintenance engineers, technicians en productieteams, onder aansturing van de Automation Manager. Je deelt kennis met technicians en beoordeelt het werk van externe partijen. Zo verdiep je je in lifecyclemanagement, systeembeveiliging en de praktische toepassing van Industry 4.0. Functie-inhoud - Beheer het automatiseringsdeel van projecten, van analyse en wijziging tot validatie en overdracht. - Bewaak change- en lifecyclemanagement van industriële besturingen en bijbehorende software. - Voer root cause analyses uit en vertaal storings-, kosten- en kwaliteitsanalyses naar procesverbeteringen. - Beheer back-ups, besturingsprogramma’s, productiedatabases, gebruikersrechten en systeembeveiliging. - Verbeter beheerconcepten, procedures en technische standaarden voor nieuwbouw, modificaties en onderhoud. - Begeleid externe partijen en toets hun werkzaamheden aan automatiseringsstandaarden. - Train technicians en ondersteun operators en productieteams bij correct systeemgebruik. Functie-eisen - Je hebt hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische richting. - Je hebt ervaring met het beheren en verbeteren van automatisering in een productie.
