The posting

Bij een internationaal opererende productieorganisatie werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van productieprocessen in Oosterhout en Giessen. Als Industrial Automation Engineer vertaal je wensen van productie en techniek naar besturingshardware en software. Je onderhoudt bestaande installaties, ontwikkelt nieuwe besturingsoplossingen en verbetert de samenhang tussen PLC, HMI, SCADA en het OT-netwerk. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar output en kosten, maar ook naar kwaliteit, veiligheid en bedienbaarheid. Je maakt deel uit van de technische dienst en werkt nauw samen met de automation engineer binnen projectmanagement. Op de werkvloer onderzoek je storingen, bespreek je verbeteringen met operators en train je gebruikers in de bediening van systemen. Met IT, productie en het SAP-team stem je koppelingen en applicaties af. Je verdiept je verder in Siemens TIA Portal, S7-1500, WinCC Advanced en OPC-communicatie, met ruimte voor training en het zelfstandig uitvoeren van automatiseringsprojecten. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen, programmeren en optimaliseren van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-oplossingen voor beide productielocaties - Analyseren, oplossen en documenteren van complexe besturingstechnische storingen - Opzetten, beheren en beveiligen van het productie-OT-netwerk - Opstellen van onderhoudsplannen, werkinstructies en technische documentatie - Instrueren en trainen van gebruikers in zelfstandig en correct systeemgebruik - Afstemmen van IT/OT-koppelingen en SAP-MII-applicaties met technische dienst, productie, SAP en IT - Initiëren en uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten en adviseren over IT/OT-keuzes voor het productieproces Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Besturingstechniek en ruime ervaring in industriële automatisering - Ruime ervaring met PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-ontwerp en programmering - Ruime kennis van Siemens TIA Portal, S7-1500, HMI Basic Panels, WinCC Advanced en Kepware OPC - Kennis van OT-netwerken; ervaring met Siemens LOGO en SAP-MII is een pré - Je vert.
