The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Reusel ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor verpakkingslijnen met zakkenvulmachines, palletisers, stretchhoodmachines en intern pallettransport. Je pakt eigen projecten op vanaf de startbespreking en vertaalt de gewenste machinewerking naar een werkende PLC-besturing. De toepassingen lopen uiteen van verpakkingsmachines voor de agrarische sector tot complete lijnen voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Daarbij werk je aan zowel afzonderlijke machines als de samenhang tussen producttoevoer, verpakken en pallettransport. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je software-engineering met werkvoorbereiding, proefdraaien en testen. Je stelt I/O-lijsten en elektroschema’s op en ondersteunt waar nodig de inbedrijfstelling bij klanten. Binnen het softwareteam stem je af met collega’s uit engineering, montage, verkoop en service. Je krijgt autonomie om technische keuzes te maken en ruimte om je vakkennis te verdiepen, bijvoorbeeld rond industriële automatisering, IoT en gebruikersinterfaces. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen, programmeren en implementeren van PLC-besturingen voor verpakkingsmachines en complete lijnen - Verzorgen van I/O-lijsten en elektroschema’s voor inkoop en productie - Proefdraaien, testen en verbeteren van machinebesturingen in de werkplaats - Ondersteunen bij installatie en inbedrijfstelling van systemen op klantlocatie - Afstemmen van softwarewensen met klanten, verkoop, service en projectleiding - Samenwerken met engineering en montage om software en machinewerking op elkaar af te stemmen Functie-eisen - Mbo- of hbo-diploma elektrotechniek, besturingstechniek, mechatronica, elektronica of vergelijkbaar - Bij voorkeur ervaring met industriële automatisering en PLC-platforms zoals Sigmatek, Siemens of Allen-Bradley - Interesse in ontwikkelingen rond IoT, UX en HTML - Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en maakt technische keuzes in overleg met je team - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels - Bereidheid om inc.
