Je functie in het kort In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het installeren, onderhouden en herstellen van complexe elektrische systemen binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. Je zorgt voor een maximale operationele continuïteit, verhelpt storingen snel en efficiënt, en waarborgt altijd de strengste veiligheidsnormen.

Belangrijkste taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Installatie & Inbedrijfstelling: Aansluiten en configureren van nieuwe en bestaande industriële installaties, machines en apparatuur.
  • Onderhoud & Storingen: Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan installaties (HS, MS en LS). Analyseren en verhelpen van storingen in schakelkasten en besturingssystemen.
  • Schema's & Optimalisatie: Lezen en interpreteren van elektrische schema's; proactief meedenken over efficiëntie- en veiligheidsverbeteringen.
  • Veiligheid & Kwaliteit: Controleren en testen van componenten conform de geldende normen en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Administratie & Advies: Nauwkeurig rapporteren van werkzaamheden in het onderhoudssysteem en collega's ondersteunen bij complexe technische vraagstukken.

Profiel

Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Diploma Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit (of gelijkwaardig) gecombineerd met aantoonbare ervaring als industrieel elektricien.
  • Technische Kennis: Inzicht in PLC-besturingen, automatisering en hoog-, midden- én laagspanning. Ervaring met het lezen van technische schema's.
  • Veiligheid & Normen: Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften en geldende normen (zoals VCA en NEN 3140 / AREI).
  • Talen: Vlot in het Nederlands (noodzakelijk); Frans en Engels zijn een duidelijke plus.
  • Attitude: Analytisch ingesteld, zelfstandig én een echte teamplayer. Flexibel qua werktijden (bereid tot ploegenarbeid).
  • Digitalisering: Ervaring met onderhoudssoftware is een troef.
