Ihre Rolle

Haupttätigkeiten

* Digitale Prozessoptimierung: Du entwickelst Lösungen zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Arbeitsabläufen * Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Du unterstützt dabei, Abläufe und Datenstrukturen für Halbleiterprodukte im Rahmen des Infineon Product Lifecycle Management Systems weiterzuentwickeln * Konfigurations- und Änderungsmanagement: Du unterstützt das Konfigurations- und Änderungsmanagement für die Prozessentwicklung, z. B. bei der Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Änderungen und entwickelst digitale Lösungen mit Fokus auf Automatisierung * Teamwork & agile Zusammenarbeit: Du entwickelst und testest regelmäßig Lösungsansätze mit deinen Kollegen und Kolleginnen und arbeitest in einem internationalen Team an der digitalen Transformation unserer Produktentwicklung

Ihr Profil

Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten, die Ihnen zum Erfolg verhelfen

* Ausbildung: Du bist immatrikuliert in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, Automatisierungstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang * Interesse & Erfahrung: - Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Digitalisierung, Entwicklungsprozessen und/oder Product Lifecycle Management - Praktische Programmiererfahrung mit Python (z. B. für Scripting, Datenanalyse) - Erste Erfahrungen in der Analyse von Daten (z. B. mit Python, Excel oder ähnlichen Tools) von Vorteil - Affinität zu Softwaretools und Optimierung von Abläufen * Skills & Arbeitsweise: - Gutes technisches Verständnis und strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise - Hohe Motivation, Themen ganzheitlich zu betrachten - von der Idee über die Umsetzung bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung im Team - Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit - Bereitschaft, dich in neue Tools und Systeme einzuarbeiten * Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
