Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen beleidsafdelingen, uitvoerende teams, functioneel beheer, ICT-specialisten en SSC-ONS. Rol en focus Je houdt actuele ontwikkelingen zoals AI, Common Ground, gegevensuitwisseling , digitale toegankelijkheid en ontwikkelingen binnen het gemeentelijke sociaal domein in de gaten en verbindt deze met actuele vraagstukken binnen de organisatie. Vanuit je expertise zet je informatievoorziening in als middel om maatschappelijke opgaven het hoofd te bieden, de dienstverlening aan inwoners te versterken en de bedrijfsvoering te optimaliseren. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Je vertaalt beleid, ontwikkelingen en informatiebehoeften binnen het sociaal domein naar projecten, verbeterinitiatieven en concrete activiteiten. - Je draagt bij aan het stellen van prioriteiten en stuurt op de uitvoering van informatiekundige vraagstukken binnen het sociaal domein. - Je adviseert management, beleidsadviseurs, teamleiders en uitvoerende medewerkers over informatievoorziening, digitalisering en gegevensmanagement. - Je bewaakt de architectuur van de informatievoorziening en borgt het toepassen van architectuurprincipes en -processen. - Je signaleert kansen om het applicatieportfolio binnen het sociaal domein te moderniseren en onderzoekt hoe nieuwe ontwikkelingen kunnen bijdragen aan een toekomstbestendige informatievoorziening. - Je adviseert over gegevensuitwisseling tussen ketenpartners, gemeentelijke systemen en landelijke voorzieningen. - Je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering van het...
