Goede informatie is onmisbaar voor de Veiligheidsregio Utrecht. Als informatiebeheerder zorg jij ervoor dat collega's kunnen vertrouwen op informatie die compleet, toegankelijk en goed beheerd is. Je kijkt ook vooruit: je signaleert waar het beter kan en denkt mee over nieuwe werkwijzen en ontwikkelingen, waaronder AI. Een functie voor iemand die graag structuur aanbrengt, zelfstandig werkt én het interessant vindt om een vakgebied in beweging verder te helpen ontwikkelen. Als informatiebeheerder zorg je ervoor dat digitale informatie goed wordt beheerd vindbaar en toegankelijk is. Je ondersteunt collega's bij hun vragen en helpt hen om informatie en relevante applicaties op de juiste manier te gebruiken. Tegelijkertijd kijk je verder: waar kan het informatiebeheer beter of slimmer? Je krijgt de ruimte om verbeteringen te signaleren en hier zelf mee aan de slag te gaan. Je haalt behoeften op bij key-users, vertaalt deze naar verbeteringen en draagt bij aan de verdere inrichting en professionalisering van het informatiebeheer. Ook ontwikkelingen zoals AI horen daarbij. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - beheren, ordenen en toegankelijk maken van digitale informatie; - vormen en bijhouden van dossiers en voorbereiden van vernietiging en overdracht; - ondersteunen en adviseren van collega's bij informatiebeheer en het gebruik van relevante applicaties; - controleren van het gebruik van het DMS (Corsa) en uitvoeren van controles en audits op het informatiebeheer; - ophalen van behoeften bij gebruikers en key-users en deze vertalen naar verbeteringen; - bijdragen aan de verdere inrichting en professionalisering van informatiebeheer, waaronder het inrichten en in beheernemen van AI-toepassingen.
