The posting

Heb je een diploma elektromechanica of mechanica op zak en sleutel je graag in een nette werkplaats zonder verre verplaatsingen of tijdsdruk?

In de regio rond Ieper kom je terecht bij een familiaal groeibedrijf dat al sinds de jaren 50 actief is in de constructie en herstelling van landbouwgerelateerde aanhangwagens. Denk daarbij aan onder meer mengmestwagens, kippers, mestverspreiders en diepladers, telkens volledig afgestemd op de specifieke noden van de klant. De volledige productie gebeurt in eigen beheer, van ontwerp tot afwerking. Dat betekent dat het bedrijf maximale controle behoudt over de kwaliteit van elk onderdeel. Ook het grootste deel van de verkoop verloopt rechtstreeks, wat zorgt voor een korte communicatielijn met de eindgebruiker en veel afwisseling in het werk.

Je komt terecht in een kleine, hechte ploeg van twee personen waar je samenwerkt in een goed uitgeruste werkplaats. Hoewel je functie “servicetechnieker” wordt genoemd, werk je overwegend in het atelier. Slechts uitzonderlijk ga je de baan op voor service bij klanten.

Er wordt sterk geïnvesteerd in opleiding en vernieuwing. Je krijgt dan ook de kans om alles intern aan te leren tijdens een traject dat tot een jaar kan duren. Ervaring of lasvaardigheden zijn geen vereiste, jouw motivatie en technische basiskennis maken het verschil!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij voert herstellingen uit aan diverse types aanhangers in een uitgeruste werkplaats
  • Je stelt diagnoses, detecteert defecten en bedenkt een duurzame oplossing
  • Samenwerken met je collega is essentieel, al voer je taken zelfstandig uit
  • Je past bestaande installaties aan volgens technische richtlijnen
  • Jouw werkplek hou je georganiseerd en gestructureerd
  • Af en toe ga je op locatie bij klanten, altijd in overleg en met een goede planning
  • Je beschikt over een diploma A2 elektromechanica of mechanica, of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Enige kennis van hydraulica, mechanica en elektriciteit is noodzakelijk
  • Je werkt graag gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en functioneert goed in een klein team
