Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar een inkomensconsulent voor regio Overijssel. Terwijl je nog bezig bent met een aanvraag voor bijzondere bijstand, komt een spoedvraag binnen van een inwoner zonder inkomen. Ondertussen wacht een bezwaarprocedure op beoordeling. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Als inkomensconsulent begeef je je midden in de dynamiek van werk en inkomen binnen de gemeente. Je beheert een eigen caseload en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen zorgvuldig, tijdig en rechtmatig worden afgehandeld. Je behandelt uiteenlopende vraagstukken rondom levensonderhoud, minimaregelingen en bijzondere bijstand. Daarbij werk je binnen de kaders van de Participatiewet, maar ben je voortdurend bezig met de vraag wat in een specifieke situatie passend is. Sommige dossiers zijn overzichtelijk. Andere vragen om diepgaand onderzoek, aanvullende informatie of afstemming met collega's en ketenpartners. Juist die afwisseling maakt werken als inkomensconsulent uitdagend en interessant. Jij houdt overzicht waar anderen de draad kwijtraken. Daardoor krijgen inwoners sneller duidelijkheid over hun financiële situatie. Waar jij mee aan de slag gaat: - Je beheert een eigen caseload met uiteenlopende inkomensvraagstukken; - Je behandelt aanvragen voor levensonderhoud, minimavoorzieningen en bijzondere bijstand; - Je analyseert complexe dossiers en vertaalt bevindingen naar besluiten; - Je bewaakt voortgang, termijnen en rechtmatigheid binnen je werkzaamheden; - Je zorgt voor duidelijke en onderbouwde besluitvorming richting inwoners. dit is werken bij koen - een vast contract en alle voordelen van in loondienst werken - uitdagende opdrachten bij afwisselende opdrachtgevers...
