Deze vacature van (Tactisch) Inkoopadviseur (24 uur) is jouw volgende stap als je: - Graag mee wil bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van team inkoop binnen een gemeente vanuit een vaste werklocatie - Bij een gemeente wilt werken die inkoop als belangrijke schakel ziet om haar doelen en resultaten te behalen - Wil bijdragen aan een efficiënt en effectief inkoopteam wat werkt vanuit spendanalyses en meer en meer kijkt naar kansrijke inkoopcategorieën. Dit ga je doen Wil jij impact maken binnen een maatschappelijk relevant programma? Als inkoopadviseur bij de gemeente Apeldoorn werk je voor het programma Oekraïne en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van aanbestedingen en het adviseren over complexe inkoopvraagstukken. Daarnaast lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling van het inkoopteam en de verdere versterking van de inkoopfunctie. Concreet ga je: - Zelfstandig aanbestedingen begeleiden, van meervoudig onderhands tot Europees. - Adviseren over inkoopvraagstukken. - Collega's en interne klanten ondersteunen bij strategische keuzes. - Kansen signaleren over inkoopvoordelen op basis van spendanalyses en de contractendatabase. - Contractmanagers ondersteunen om het maximale uit contracten te halen gedurende de looptijd.
