Senior Inkoopadviseur MVOI 2325 Oosterbeek Voor een overheidsorganisatie in de provincie Gelderland zoekt Grippr Procurement een Senior Inkoopadviseur MVOI. De inzet is 28 uur per week. In deze opdracht help je de organisatie om maatschappelijk verantwoord inkopen verder te verankeren in de dagelijkse inkoop- en aanbestedingspraktijk. Je verbindt inkoop, beleid en interne opdrachtgevers en vertaalt maatschappelijke ambities naar toepasbare eisen, criteria, werkwijzen en contractafspraken. Daarnaast werk je aan rapportages, monitoring en praktische hulpmiddelen waarmee de organisatie beter inzicht krijgt in de voortgang en resultaten. Ook adviseer je collega's over hoe thema's als duurzaamheid, inclusie, sociale impact en ketenverantwoordelijkheid op een werkbare manier kunnen worden meegenomen in aanbestedingen. Je krijgt een zichtbare rol waarin inhoud, implementatie en samenwerking samenkomen. Functie eisen Profiel: - Je bent een ervaren inkoopadviseur met affiniteit voor maatschappelijk verantwoord inkopen en aanbesteden. - Je hebt ervaring met inkoop- en aanbestedingsprocessen binnen een publieke of vergelijkbare organisatie. - Je hebt ervaring met of bent betrokken geweest bij het vertalen van beleidsdoelstellingen naar inkoopstrategieën, eisen, gunningscriteria of contractafspraken. - Je hebt kennis van MVOI en voelt je comfortabel bij thema's zoals duurzaamheid, sociale impact, inclusie en ketenverantwoordelijkheid. - Je hebt ervaring met het ontwikkelen, verbeteren of implementeren van werkwijzen, formats en hulpmiddelen voor inkoop. - Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau, opgebouwd via opleiding, relevante werkervaring of een combinatie daarvan.
