Dan is deze rol als (Senior) Inkoper een mooie volgende stap. Voor een grote ontwikkelende bouwer in Almere zoeken wij een ervaren inkoper die zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het volledige inkoopproces. Je bepaalt de juiste inkoopstrategie, onderhandelt met leveranciers en onderaannemers en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken helder worden vastgelegd. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende projectteams. Inkoop is hier geen losstaande afdeling, maar een belangrijke schakel binnen projecten. Je kijkt vooruit, analyseert de markt en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste partijen tegen de juiste voorwaarden worden gecontracteerd. De organisatie is actief binnen ontwikkeling, woningbouw, renovatie, verduurzaming, transformatie en utiliteitsbouw. Hierdoor krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende projecten en inkoopvraagstukken. Functie-informatie Als (Senior) Inkoper krijg je veel vrijheid om je eigen inkooptrajecten vorm te geven. Je bent vanaf een vroeg stadium betrokken bij projecten en bepaalt samen met collega's welke inkoopstrategie het beste aansluit. Je voert onderhandelingen met leveranciers en onderaannemers en kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de laagste prijs. Kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid, samenwerking en commerciële voorwaarden spelen allemaal een belangrijke rol. Na de onderhandeling zorg je ervoor dat afspraken duidelijk worden vastgelegd in contracten.
