Als Technisch Inkoper bij Merwede Valves zit je midden in het proces en heb je direct invloed op de voortgang van de productie van onze non-standard valves . Je hebt dagelijks contact met leveranciers en schakelt veel met collega's van Sales, Engineering, Werkvoorbereiding en Kwaliteit. Bovendien krijg je de vrijheid om samen met de andere inkoper het inkoopproces te optimaliseren. Zoek jij een rol als inkoper waarin jouw technische en tactische inzicht écht het verschil maakt? Lees dan verder en solliciteer! Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische inkoop van grondstoffen, maakdelen, componenten en diensten. Omdat vrijwel iedere afsluiter klant-specifiek is, moet je goed begrijpen wat je inkoopt en welke impact jouw keuzes hebben op het productieproces. Je koopt de benodigde materialen en onderdelen in, selecteert en beoordeelt leveranciers en onderhandelt over prijzen, levertijden en voorwaarden. Vervolgens bewaak je de levertijden en volg je bestellingen actief op. Ontstaan er afwijkingen of non-conformities? Jij pakt dit op met de leverancier en zorgt voor een passende oplossing. Daarnaast houd je leveranciersprestaties in de gaten en verwerk en bewaak je het volledige inkoopproces in Ridder IQ, ons ERP-systeem. Daarnaast houd jij je bezig met het: - Aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes. - Controleren van facturen en gemaakte prijsafspraken. - Zoeken en binden van nieuwe leveranciers - Signaleren van marktontwikkelingen en verbeterkansen.
