We zoeken een analytische, communicatief sterke professional die energie krijgt van leveranciersbeheer, onderhandelen en het optimaliseren van aankoopprocessen.

Als Inkoper zorg je voor een vlotte, kostenefficiënte en kwalitatieve aankoopstroom. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, logistiek, finance en de Procurement Manager om ervoor te zorgen dat alle materialen en diensten tijdig beschikbaar zijn.

Wat je doet:

Vendor Management

  • Selecteren, evalueren en opvolgen van leveranciers;
  • Contracten en voorwaarden onderhandelen (zelfstandig of samen met de Procurement Manager);
  • Sterke, duurzame leveranciersrelaties opbouwen.

Analyse & opvolging

  • Markttrends opvolgen en prijsvolatiliteit inschatten;
  • Voorraadniveaus bewaken en afstemmen op productieplanning;
  • Zorgen dat alle inkoopactiviteiten voldoen aan beleid en regelgeving;
  • Nauwkeurige administratie en rapportering verzorgen;
  • Risico’s in de supply chain identificeren en communiceren.

Samenwerking & duurzaamheid

  • Duurzame inkooppraktijken stimuleren en mee implementeren;
  • Afstemming zoeken met productie, finance en logistiek;
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbetering binnen een groeiende organisatie.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor in Supply Chain, Bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Min. 5 jaar ervaring in aankoop, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving;
  • Sterke kennis van SAP (R3 of S/4HANA) en PtP‑processen;
  • Analytisch, gestructureerd en communicatief sterk;
  • Vlot in Nederlands én Engels;
  • Ervaren onderhandelaar met een kritische blik op kosten en budgetten;
  • Je houdt van variatie, ownership en samenwerken over afdelingen heen.
